You guys sucks... the seat I payed and booked was in an Unreserved Class and there sat a guy who refused to allow me to sit there... you guys are crap.. Money Lust developers.. Holy Crap Confirmtkt crap developerś!!!!!!

There should w.c.atleast one in each compartment, being senior citizen it is very difficult to travel without it, specially in the night

The travel would have been good but all the trains were canceled so the journey could not be done no matter what it is the decision of the Government of India.

It was a good journey. Housekeeping staff is not trained properly.They are arrogant and was not supportive.

Our booking confirmed but it doesn't show in this app when I see at railway station it showed N A, so we think it means not available. After taking ticket we just watched the reservation list and there has our name. Then we cancelled our ticket we got only after deducting the charge they fixed for cancellation ticket from station. The unfair was this app doesn't show the confirmation of ticket correctly but one thing it's only happend me at once.

coaches of 2nd class ac was not comfortable.... ticket prices and comfortability are not match to each other.... please change the bogi of ac classes .....

it's a worse class...the A/C is not working fm the time I got in the train at Mangalore junction at 5:00am...after every 15 mins the A/C gets tripped off...the technical person is just useless..very bad service

if crossing 3 trains horrible not at all punch al from trissur to srr it takes more than 75 mints horrible
