Train is OKK. Food quality is better then other trains..pancthuality is good.. On time but it's tody journey is in the end is not good.. Work on progress.. So it take 2 hours.. It's very ????

I boarded train in panvel, the train was already more then 2 hours delay, when I finally boarded the train someone else was sleeping in my seat and the blankets was used. I asked for fresh blanket from one of the staff, he just ignored me, wen I asked him again he told he will get the blanket and then he vanished.
