constant coach changing is a total mess. changed from clean compartment to a rubbish bin and told excuse as board changed in intermediate station thats why. even booked Tier 2 A/C completely unsatisfied

Plenty of cockroaches in compartment A1. Sleeping in the night with them would be a nightmarish experience. Fortunately we got off at 2000 hrs.

The train was delayed by over 4hrs, this was the first time having this kind of experience with Indian railways, really disappointed. the train was horrible

i got the seat number 46 of S3 there one light switch was not working and it never can be turned off, i booked a sleeper because i needed to sleep in this long journey and every one including seat number 41,42,43,44,45,46,47and 48 suffered of this ... its a shame that the tt never did anything !

my destination was bangalore to Kalburgi and i faced difficulty at bangalore station as they dint dispaly the coach position on screen. it created hastle for all passengers as which boogie to enter. we just entered the train and inside all the passengers settled down

The bogies were always experiencing sudden jerks and shakes from side to side.The toilet paper was exhausted in 5 hours and was not replaced.The cleaning liquid sprayed was too concentrated and suffocating.The cleanliness of the bogies and toilet was excellent.

I'm satisfied that this train was very clean until I experienced a bad situation that a rat was came inside the train and it ate my bags front part .. I told the TTR about this but he said he cant do anything this is a common thing in Indian railway. . if we have food in our bag then we can experience such situations . I can't understand that ,is this the trains fault or Indian railways systems!

railway station food not good,very cost of food rate,Tea seller selleing by very cost of tea,minimum 150 ml give to 10 Rs, it is very cost tea,plz consider and take and action.

when we boarded at lonavla blankets were lying around. No one came asking for if we need blankets or pillows. we needed them. Train stuck before kalyan for almost 40 min. thats too much for 1.30 hour journey.

Pantry seller person given me Stale, unfresh Idli...I have ate 1 piece and thrown other. He charged me 40 rs. for 2 piece of Idli.
