washrooms are not proper, cleaning is very bad, dustbins are not in good condition, water supply is not working properly.

Average Experience. Poor staff behaviour especially bed roll boy. Denied to turn on ac when the train arrived in the platform. Started the ac after i told him that " shall i have to complain".
