Atleast on board catering service should be in this train when starting from kouchuveli. when this train start from SMVB on board catering is available so if same available from kouchuveli it will be appreciated.

ഞാൻ യാത്ര ചെയ്തത് AC TIER 3 B5 കോച്ച് ലാണ്.. വളരെ വൃത്തിയും ക്ലീൻ ആയിരുന്നു .. അതിലുപരി അവരുടെ ബ്ലാങ്കറ്റും പില്ലോയും നീറ്റ് & ക്ലീൻ ആയിരുന്നു .. ഞാൻ ആദ്യം ആയിട്ടാണ് ഇത്രയും നല്ല ട്രെയിനിൽ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നത്

The train was running very slowly and the cleanliness was just ok..should inform weather the blankets are available or not before traveling not just hrs back to boarding…about the food and beverage, we are waiting for the guys for the food… but we don’t see any service staff in the compartment we just buy food from platform… the food was awesome….✌🏻 About the train timing ⏱ was wast..

Hand was solutions are not refilled in toilet. Flesh tank water supply is too less. Toilets are not cleaned

Train running time must be reduced and should reach final destinatin of banaswadi station by 1 hour early than original time. Train was kept one hour at Bangarpet station.

Coach attendants are most irresponsible.There were no food venders in the evening to supply dinner or drinking water in the coaches

1. People appointed to take care of the needs of passengers are not wearing any ID cards. Hence I did not know whom to contact. 2. AC not sufficient. 3. No body came to deliver food on day 1 of the journey. 4. The toilets were only show pieces. The hand was dispenser was empty.. 5. The reading light was not functioning. The display monitor showed wrong time, wrong dates and the year displayed was 2012. The approaching station names were never announced. 6.

Liquid soap is not placed and attendant was not available. TTE is not having complaint book.
