My worst travel .we pay for AC we tier ,but the bogee/compartment /coach was sub sub standard . Very old coach that was making so much of sound and jerking at the whells and brake . horrible journey .shame to railways .sub standard ,and we just say we are improving .i doubt .

I saw cockroaches in the train, people getting off at bangarapet were unreserved and were causing a nuisense to the people who had reserved seats. Something should be done about those unreserved people... coffee was watery... Otherwise everything else was fine..

No western toilet. For elderly and those travel with medical complications it would be difficult Indian toilet. In one coach at least two western toilet should be provided

Locals entering from Whitefield railway station made is feel like general compartment.Moreover literally I was outside the Sleeper compartment S13 hanging outside and holding the door handle while the train was moving. This is a very serious issue I want to complaint.

Cleanliness : All the area except the toilets were clean despite of September 2018 made S8 coach
Punctuality : Worst and runs slow because of huge slack between Tirupattur and Salem. Took 90 minutes from Bangalore city to Bangarpet. What the fuck !!
Food : No pantry. But many unknown vendors are selling food which makes hygiene and quality a big QUESTION MARK.
Safety : No TTE will come till Salem. And the unreserved passengers are occupying the reserved compartments from Krishnarajapuram till Bangarpet. No safety.

My RAC ticket did not get confirmed as the TTE appeared very late and did not allotany particular berth,despite many getting vacant as well as filled up by late come passengers without a confirmed ticket

many unreserved passengers entered into reserved compartments, heavy rush ensured that one of our members had to stand providing seat for a lady with kids to sit on humanitarian grounds. There was no space even to breath in a reserved sleeping compartment

Water not available.. Contacted 138 immediately they responded and filled. But due to air block water is not flowing.. After train departing it was OK and sufficient water was there.

Bangalore city to kuppam all local passengers are in reserved compartment,TTR and RPF are not interested to handling this case,and pantry person is taking one bottle mineral water 20 rs, tea also 10 rs

This train doesn't have pantry car and if you need food you have to take from local vendors. Also bad thing is that it's sleeper coches doesn't have charger points so if you traveling in sleeper compartments pl full your charge or take power bank with you.

The all coaches of the train is old one. It's very difficult to travel in the General compartment. Every day it's too rushed. It will be at own time except few days. Food is average in taste. The beggersin this train is also more. There is a huge disturbance of Unreserved passenger from Bangalore- Bengarapett and vice versa. I think minimum 5/6 extra reservation/general compartment is needed for this train. Because that much Rush we feel during the traveling or during reservation.
