It was a horrible journey.Full journey there was disturbance from Seat no.50 & 51 on which 4 adults and 4 children were travelling talking throughout the journey not allowing us to sleep at night and even sit peacefully in the morning.From Thrissur till Madgaon they were disturbing every passenger.You should ban this type of third rated drunk customer in AC class.

train condition is very poor. Not upto any mark . no water not hygiene even in outbreak of landslide we are staying in train from last 16 hrs many are not even able to use toilets as its condition is that much bad

train is 10 hur late at Vasai platform no waiting room available it's very bed experience

as usual toilet is dirty as the cleaning not done frequently
train late by 2.30hrs in Jodhpur
coach was new but many fittings in toilets are missing
food price is high and options are very less but taste is good
online food options are better and taste is much better

this is the worst experience of mine on the train . when I booked my order ,it was of 123 ,but I was charged 130 and when the food was delivered ,it was yuck . dal and veg curry were as dilute as water . it looked as if kept under the sky while it was raining . I will never use their food facility .
