such a bad experience i have ever had in my life. don't do this to normal people. i couldn't travel in this train I was waiting for its arrival for 4 hours. wasted my time.

too much delay.. bad service.. bathrooms are not clean.. for kudal timing is 10.30 pm. but it's too much delay still not reaching at kankawali.. bhongal कारभार

Toilets have become the worst in this train. One toilet is closed due to cloaging. No cleanliness whatsoever.

very dirty and no cleaning inside. also ac was at very high temperature so after requesting to attendant but they didn't replied so we done complaint to control room on given number at washroom and after that ac was working. Need more cleanliness. train was before time at Mangalore. Food was average

Quality is totally gone out of the limit. People smoke here. (sleeper coach).TC won't come at all. washrooms are in the worst condition possible, not even a single drop of water is coming. such a poor maintenance. Do take some serious actions against this at the earliest

One thing is that no one mugs available in Sleeper coaches bathroom,
Without mug not easy to do letring

Your coach position was dead wrong. Your site said that A2 was in position 20 while it really was in position 5. I had to drag all my luggage and walk thru the entire train to get to A2!
I ordered the 1 litre bottle of water and the young man boldly asked for Rs 20 even though it was only Rs 15. When I asked for my balance of 5Rs he told me "Thank you very much" and pocketed the money.
The train was 1hr late coming to QLD and reached Kochuvelil 2 hrs late!

windows are not properly closing. food serve in the train was cold, costly and worst in the taste.

Confirm seat numbers were changed while before boarding without any intimation to us. It's become too pathetic to shift twice our luggage in different coach which 15 coach away from allocated initially.
