train has not stopped at Bangalore cantonment railway station. app did not even say that. we missed onboarding

This is the only long distance train doesn't have an alternative train in this route for the past 50 years. cleanliness very bad. bed rolls in AC not washed ones in fresh covers at times. washroom bad condition none of the tap works properly and stinking smell. they charge premium takal charges and common citizen travelling no other choice. no senior officers care for this train is a pity. travellers suffering myself expressed. when namakkal line is in use this train take 100 km extra via erode. Rly dept. to look in to which they are not. myself wasted my time bringing the facts. some of our relatives says this is an orphan train for everything last priority. late in many stations. no pantry local vendors serves passenger booked food and it's served. many flaws we cannot write and of no use.

sorry. Just now l have a review which was wrong. The time now is 5.50 am and we have reached Bangalore cantt. 5.40 am was the scheduled time to reach KSR. YOU HAVE again failed in punctuality. Poor show Railways. You 12 hours to cover a distance which is covered in 8-9 hours by buses. You have an average of less than 40 Kms. Foreign trains average 300-400 Kms per hour. You are going backwards. I don't know when will you improve. God will save us.

we are both sr citizens and are 70 and 61 yes. why upper berths were allocated to us which resulted in sleepless nights.

regret to say...half hour late, there was a vocal fight between a young woman and an elderly woman .... went on for sometime, officials not to be seen around. A small boy vomited on the opposite passenger.... till rest of the journey, she was sitting on her seat! horrible journey!!!

what to rate when ticket is in waiting list even after 5 hours of train departure. worst service and worst ever train experience. if online booking WL cannot travel then why allow online booking... there is information on refund too.. horrible, regret choosing train journey with family and kids

Overall Good. Except my birth no 15 - not operational and got struck. Toilet flush speed was enormous and splattering all around.

Dear Railway Authority, May u arrange inside the train , the train reaching destination announced and may also display electronic board. It is very very useful for publics.This note should be submitted your Railway Regional GMs and also Hon'ble Railway Minister. This request is very very useful to night times. train late by an hour which was not informed before boarding. in stead of 7 pm departure it was started at 7;45 pm. Eventually destination delayed by an hour...
