after boarding the train ... in sleeper i thought there was no point buying the ticket.. there was 100 people who was travelling locally and was aware that sleeper is of no value and they can sit wherever they want

there is no water in the wash room till first to last station, no one can response for water facility in the bathroom tank and bathroom not cleaned properly but overall ok.

cleanliness and broken dust bins are not taken enough care, where everyone looks at. I hope the railway authorities will update with modern technology.

This time around, train is punctual unlike my yesterday's bad experience.
I find improvement in other issues like toilet general cleanliness, platform improvement, etc.

everything was good and ok , use sweaters and blankets definitely bcoz while entering hosur the climate totally changed, too cold

Toilets were very badly maintained , the whole compartment was stinking . Stations and tracks have to be cleaned periodically. if total ban on plastics, more trash cans inside train and on platforms and more awareness and penalty for people who throw garbage inside train and outside .

The wash rooms are very badly maintained. There are cockroaches every where on your seats and down where your luggage's are kept it is very unhygienic and you don't get your sleep seeing that

from Bangalore to Mysore all general ticket passengers enter n sit in reserved compartments which cause inconvenience to passengers with reserved tickets. please solve ds issue.

this train is one of most sought after only one train running in the route despite heavy demand, yet the coaches are very old, poorly maintained, no water in toilet.my suggestion are this train should go from karur to salem directly bypassing erode thus cut travel time 2 hours. when it returns from mysore to mayavarum it's running always 1 -2 hours late when it comes to arrival in tanjore. this should avoided.

Very uncomfortable, side lower birth. Both side of the berth are not at the same level. Only one charging points for 8 passenger. Hand wash shop was basically only water. No towels provided to anyone. Did't see any attendant. Compartment was hot.
