toilet door could not lock,. window screen cannot open and close proprrly, it is strucked.

Sleeper coaches are running like general class,where 80 seats are alloted there are 300 plus members in single coaches very bad experience

In such a long time journey train, & no pantry car, I am unable to understand the reason.
For a distance of 2500 kms journey, 40 hours is more than enough in todays hiteck railways tracks & engines. Even though, no pantry car. What a combination of 50 hrs journey without a pantry.
If our comments are of some value, hope, either time will be reduced or pantry car will be added.

It was nice journey with 16230, i saw. First-ever cctv cameras in train , that's the thing i like very much , washroom was ok ok, buts it's not your fault it's our indian mentality to spread mess everywhere.
Overall it's good experience as compare to other Indian trains

Cleanliness was above average of Indian railways scale. But the food provided from the pantry was expensive and below average.

Dear sir/ mam, Quality food availability at reasonable price is the main drawback in almost all of the trains. I kindly request you to improve the quality of the food. Many passengers are buying food from inside pantry as there is option other best Possible way to go for and due to its low quality people are wasting the food. So please do have your service at the best of the passengers. Thanking you very much
