Hopeless train. Even Bullock cart moves faster than this. Takes one hour to reach Bangalore City station from Whitefield station. Not clean bathrooms.

Train seats were not clean.
There were bed bug's and cockroaches which disturbed our complete journey
( Did not order any food) Gave 1 only because without rating it I'm not able to submit.

very poor maintenance of toilets uncleaned in hygiene not provide of water coaches are also very dirty and poor maintenance felt sorry by traveling in this train that too with reservation no TC came to verify tickets. most travellers are in unreserved or ticketless
