very upset when I and my family were dropped midway at firozpur cantt instead of vaishnodevi and while returning too we had to board the train from amritsar instead of vaishnodevi. It cost us Rs. 12000/-

Definitely needs improvement.
Too many halt stops due to preference given to other trains.
Toilets floor need to improved.
No RPF personnel even seen throughout the journey.
Food served is same menu everyday
Idly sold in breakfast are not fully cooked,only chutney is given no sambar.
Ac temperature keeps increasing and decresing on its own.
Staff of cleaning comes only on second day and sweeps the floor no mopping or use of phenyl.
Catering staff was friendly.

Improve WL Trends Also
Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

I arrived at my seat.... there was no new blanket. I had to search the housekeeping, who was sleeping at vasai, for to get new blankets... pathetic, I wonder r they paid for sleeping on duty ...

food quality is very very very worst and not worth to pay for food and train quality also too poor not clean very dirty full train and without confirm tickets people also sleep in confirm boogie and train timings is little bit good

I have booked tickets on this platform on last 15day before at that time ticket confirm chance 50% but same not confirm at same time my friend Booked ticket at IRCTC APP before 5 days ticket was confirmed at same train

I had 3 çonfirmed tickets in HA1 class which TC gaved to a family lady which her ticket was on WL1 but gaved my confirmed seat. Inspite of saying Tc told they had payed Rs 1500/- extra and Given seat to them As u have boarded late ..Is this a excuse further on Ahemdabad another Tc came and scolded tht Tc nd matter understood.For the sake of money prior Tc has set my 1ticket to WL which was very wrong due to ladies they took advantage due to our boarding mistake they done this coz of which 4 seat ppl were suffering due to them

worst experiences, plz maintain clean clear toilet and coaches
some ppl travel in sleeper coaches taking ordinary, without ticket then there no station master, ticket checker,
some ppls Aquring my booked seat before argue after argue is solving my self I think who is acquired my seat they have not any ticket like ordinary, booked tickets, but enjoying their own company without taking ticket

washroom/ toilets in the 2 nd and 3ac r very very very dirty n conjusted
even there is no water supply in the toilet for many hours...
it was so pathetic.. we paying for facilities any not getting any...
some times passengers throwing lot of waste in boogie only lokks very dirty.....
