usage of compartment by people makes it very dirty. toilet in 3 rd AC doesn't have a proper locking system. so can imagine other compartments. very bad.No food because we travelled only 4 hrs in the mid night.

Food quality is very poor. We ordered Chappathi , Egg Curry and Chicken Curry. Terrible experience for us. Will not order food from this train in future

better than before 5 years, always toilet only bad smell , next unsolved problems is ladies seat allocation , if ladies get lower berth in sleeper coach , it will more help to passengers, women's cont climp up to ubber middle, so railway admins kindly setting your booking system , make correction of default setting oflower berth to ladies passenger

First Ac coach is not upto mark as IRTC charge it is unclean and old coach golf ICF not value for money very poor maintenance.

food & water service is poor, we had to run ??for parcel (food/water) when it is to stop on station. need to think on this

train quality needs a lot of improvement.even after paying the premium tatkal price one had to settle for poor quality seats without any holders

we trvaled as a waiting list 2 then also we dindt get any concidaration the system railway having is wrong
4months before i booked ticket and railway are more intrested to sell ticket on talkal and other way .

The train was runing 2:30 hrs late we got down at ottapalam otherwise it wont be possilbe for Us to get the Main train to Mumbai
