Wait listed passengers board the train and say they have RAC ticket which is false. They combine and pay TTE and create problem for reserved passengers. Sudden check have to be made

the train is good but ac is not working properly like the vents blow air one side the other side no air like they have to clean .

we will suffer on Trip. 15 days before the ticket booked RCA seats 375 rs 4 person. senior citizens 1 person
5 month baby with mother upper berth seat no.59 & 62 in ladies. middle berth school 14 years girl another seat 13 . 29 y men's seat number side upper berth. total family suffer out way side sleeping ladies with mens and little girl standing 6 hr travel . very very waste money and hope. this also last 1hr before confirm seats

very dirty, no plug points. A1 47,48 seats. the door was not close properly. all mosquitos are inside. terrible journey. i have one seat not conformed. if there is no sleeping facility why should i pay. pls give back money. i was travelling with my husband cancer patient. very bad.

i have book the tickets earlier.
so in side the train so many seats are vacanded. at that time my tickets are not confirmed .... why the reason... ??

usage of compartment by people makes it very dirty. toilet in 3 rd AC doesn't have a proper locking system. so can imagine other compartments. very bad.No food because we travelled only 4 hrs in the mid night.

Food quality is very poor. We ordered Chappathi , Egg Curry and Chicken Curry. Terrible experience for us. Will not order food from this train in future

better than before 5 years, always toilet only bad smell , next unsolved problems is ladies seat allocation , if ladies get lower berth in sleeper coach , it will more help to passengers, women's cont climp up to ubber middle, so railway admins kindly setting your booking system , make correction of default setting oflower berth to ladies passenger

First Ac coach is not upto mark as IRTC charge it is unclean and old coach golf ICF not value for money very poor maintenance.

train quality needs a lot of improvement.even after paying the premium tatkal price one had to settle for poor quality seats without any holders

we trvaled as a waiting list 2 then also we dindt get any concidaration the system railway having is wrong
4months before i booked ticket and railway are more intrested to sell ticket on talkal and other way .
