Restrooms/ passenger compartments not cleaned. RAC charges full fare to both passengers but does not provide woolen blanket and bedsheet, pillow to both passengers. Why is the seat in Upgrade 1st AC compartment allotted to the railway employee who came midway in the journey without giving the seat to those in the waiting list?

Old type sleeper couches critical Windows and more are lights not in use,all berths not suitable for senior citizens. Changes via new coaches to travelers.

Rac is not confirmed. Rac system is total failure. The latter booking people get confirmed. These to be looked into.

I got only seat. It's very difficult to sit for 7 hours during night time without sleep. Try to design side lower ergonamicaly to sit if RC not confirmed for berth.

Railway should upgrade in its all services. Very poor maintenance of toilets, berths. Berth Numbers1-8, 65-72. It's very difficult to sleep because of bad smell coming from latrine. Kindly provide doors in between berths and toilet like AC coaches. Provide mug in latrine.
