The train is good but the seating available is bad.
I book rac100 but I'm only taking seat not berth and in the reservation chart click on the berth to see the details feature is not working please fix it

I said to order the lower berth because of an aged person. the ticket was given an upper berth. this one thing disappointed me.

As usual dirty toilets & due to the bad smell unable to sleep, irresponsible, useless TTR, not even one escort around the train, 99% drunken people, can't travel family, all the seats are dirty. No other choice to middle class

If a husband and wife book in the hope of getting a seat next to each other, the Department of Indian Railways where a brainless person programmed to get husband a seat in S5 and wife a seat in S3.

should change the timing of 16175 MS to karaikal express.. Because the link train arrives chennai by 10.30 Pm...the train timing should change 11.00 pm it vo helps lot of passengers...plz consider it sir....thank you

Train is good but my booking tickets is gnwl is 2 and 3 list.. but ticket is not confirmed... it was cancelled.. and again ttc is fine..for me. i travelled with penalty...

very worst experience we thought our tickets got booked till my journey start it was showing waiting list. we are not aware about IRTC very bad experience

Found too much of dogs occupied in and around Nagapattinam railway station, it may lead to emergency for travelers, kindly consider as serious issue and request to take necessary action immediately prior to any unwanted incident.

Railway staff at Vasai station are not issuing tickets of this train.
And tickets are easily available with Agents.
Please consider in this matter.
