worst. reserved seat 4 in a row. and heavy crowd entering reserved coach. urine smell no water. train late. coach is rust and iron rods protruding. no use of running vande bharat . Pl uplift existing system. trains running late.
LET PRIME MINISTER AND RAILWAY VISIT THE COACH OR TRAVEL. NO USE OF TRAVELLING IN VANDE BHARATH. WORST. EVER COACH. PL.BRING TO ALL PUBLIC. NO FOOD .

Worst experience, unreserved passengers occupied our seat. we cannot enter the train. no response for complaint number. No TTE are checking seating coach. Railway should take some immediate action against this

a big drawback bcoz of the un reserved passengers getting into reserved passengers coaches and bcoz of this the booked tickets passengers face a hectic issue's pls see to this and after a certain numbers stop issuing un reserved open tickets.

Guruvayur train takes only 1 minute for passengers to board at kulittura railway station how can physically ill and disabled people board at this minute Guruvayur train should be changed to change this condition atleast 5 minutes passengers should be helped to find their coaches and board Thank you

second sitting reservation compartment very bad. genaral compartment, not a reservation compartment. very croud, nonsense people coming to sitting compartment un reserved people, lot off people sitting bathroom. front side. very bad

2S D3 is not a proper reservation coach... unreserved coach used as 2S. all unreserved passengers used this coach.... not freedom for all reserve passengers very bad experience

confirmtkt is earning income by cheating the public in the name of service, though websites shows more available seats, they book under waiting list category for the purpose of enjoying the benefits of cancellation fees. in the name of using IRCTC brand, abasing the public money. They also take long time to refund the cancelled ticket money. Request to public not to use these types of private channel's for booking any types of tickets.

my money debited more than twice of Rs.863 is there any way I can get back the deducted amount. this app doesn't provide any customer care number that amount is much important to us. for 2 ticket my money debited thrice. where can I ask the money

The S2 coach windows was not maintained properly.It was very old and rusted window.The 2 years chidl who has been near to the window got serious injured because of this damaged window.And he got sutured near Madurai junction.
So as people of us request to kindly change the windows and maintain the public transport properly...The train coaches was also not proper.plz be maintain the hygienic health of peoples.

travelled in D2 coach and found No water come wash room bottom tap though other tap and flush line are have water.
maintenance team to address this issue immediately.

Please try to add more charging units in working condition. Lot of charging units are not in working condition and very low count availability. Due to this lot of people waiting for charging. Please consider and do the needful.
