Electrical plug point is not sufficient and not working condition and does match for mobile charger in many coaches, specially in S9 coach.

In restroom there is no single drop water in s3, s4. From at night till I reach egmore there is no water the ambience inside is not at all good.. Very bad maintained

main drawback is - no pantry available in train, train is relatively cleaner compared to previous.garbage bags and. bathrooms are better than before. one new thing I noticed that that there was in-train cleaning crew contract ed to clean.

No pantry. But that was not an issue. The water used in lavatory and basin was little salty but when compared to my last travel which was direct Sea water. Rest wise good workers for cleaning the train.
Only one issue is 15 Hrs travel of that train this should be reduced. Then for travelers would be very convenient.
