Train is good but many times train will be delayed but i will reach on time, one thing I noticed is journey is not that smooth it gives sudden jerks. Work on these issues other than that everything is fine

Recently I traveled to Dindigul in 1st class and earlier traveled several times to Telangana, train maintenance bad, coach is too much shaking, and space cramped even in first class
