There is no functionality of any kind in this train; the sleeper coach is in a worse condition than the journal. Journal passengers crowd the sleeper and cause trouble to the sleeper coach passengers.

Delayed by 7 hours what do you expect, Indian Railway should focus on rather than making More trains to Improving their tracks and Punctuality really heart broken, I won't ever travel in this train 💔💔💔💔😕

I am traveling with my 74 years old father facing discomfort inside train due to 2nd ac coach no A2 seat no 23 .About 4 inch gap in 23 side lower birth.Due to gap some object was fallen in floor.its a badly mistake.you can see. photo.

bekar hai सरकार इतना पैसा कमा रही है फिर भी सीट जो है फूल हमेशा रहता है 2 महीना पहले से ही सील टूट गया था जहां 10 ट्रेन की जरूरत है वहां एक भी ट्रेन सही से नहीं चलता यह तो वहां लूट है पैसा भर चढ़कर टिकट का लिया जाता है ऊपर से रास्ते में टीटी परेशान करते हैं सो अलग भोसड़ी के

vyavastha nahin hai koi bhi karmchari nahin koi Adhikari nahin aana koi police wala ghumta hai dekh general Ki tarah bhar ke chalti reservation reservation wali yatri ko bahut ashubhta Hoti hai Di koi kahta hai seat se hatata hai to usi se ulta ladne lagte Hain

Reservation in this class isn't worth. You will get your seat after requests with a lot of rush in the coach. TTE comes and prepares ticket for them, that's it. In this pandemic situation Rushing out in the train isn't really healthy. We Indians need to understand this.

Such a nonsense train journey I have ever experienced late for more den 4:00 hours not even getting any msg or anything when I called the confirmtkt they said it's on right time and it's not delay as I asked them many times that are you sure abtout that because I heard from my friend that Avadh Express used to delay as always but it was my first time so I called them after hearing that is it the train on right time or not they let me wait in call for more than 25 minute and the person said it's on right time but aftr reaching the station it was 4 hour delay such a worst experience and such a waste of time.....

I travalled in First AC coach. One side of this coach was an unreserved coach. Both coach inter connection were opened. So wash room was remaining dirty badly even after regular cleaning. My advice is that First Ac coach at least should be between 2nd Ac coaches.

As our reservation was in 3-tier 2nd class on 17/11/18 due to non availability in AC-2. The coach S2 was overcrowded and no TC was there to confirm passengers for their respective seats. The toilet were full of bad smell. This journey was done from Delhi to Bareilly. The train was 3hrs late at Bareilly. Hope positively to resolve all these issues.

There are lot of things to be done in this train. The charging point was not working. The pillow, pillows and bed sheets was not clean. There was no proper food services. The toilets are not clean.

very third class train...sleeper section is just like general class,any buddy comes and sit in sleeper without confirm seat,ticket collector is not doing his job properly .he should check regularly and should not allow waitlist list in sleeper class,

Blankets and bed sheets are dirty and stinging. Food is below average. 2 Tier A.c. is like general boggie, every other person is coming and sitting without valid ticket. Hard to go to toilet as that corridor is filled with bystanders. Really sad !
