This train is so dirty; it's worse than a local train, despite being called an express train. It's like a bullock cart! It hasn't even covered half of its journey, and it's already running 2 hours and 30 minutes late. Passengers traveling long distances on this train do so only out of मजबूरी (compulsion/necessity). Indian Railways should pay more attention to this problem. Recently, Indian Railways increased fares per kilometer. I don't understand what facilities they are providing to justify this fare increase. I request Indian Railways to understand the difficulties faced by the passengers. Thank you.
