very bad condition of train• for Cleaning train gets 1 out of 5• 3ac compartment are like sleeper• 3ac coach gate was locked by the passanger and no police staff was available for open it

we sit in resivation coach but all the gernal coach pu8sit in our seat and tc fine them and saying sit in resivation coach it's very bad experience i thought we not sit in resivation coach

this app is the worst app. I never ever book next time ticket from this app. firstly they spoil our holiday plan. then they cut the amount 700 rupees. my ticket is already confirmed but few second later my ticket status is RLWL. WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS..

Train quality bhutt achi hai ...but toilet m paani hi nhi hota hai na hath dhone ke liye paani...baki food quality bhi improve kre best trike se masale ke use hoto jyada acha haii...taste ka pta hi nhi chlta kuch ...

just because of this we're facing problems if you have nonseat for waiting people why you booked extra seats because of this customer time and money gonna wasted because at the time of journey railway said sorry because of waiting your ticket as been canceled and also cancelation charge take..customer just waste his money and time

Itni bekar train, na hi punctuality hai banda Buddha ho jae safar karte karte, na hi pantry hai... Itni bekar experience..train coach attended whisky pita hai....bullet train chalane se pehle in trains ka time sahi kare...

totally unmanaged,,at station showing B1 from engine to 5 th bogie and and actually that B1 from backside to 4th or 6th ,,,about to miss my train with family due to this kind of management, ,,,,very very very poor,,,,

Train started about5-10 min late means ok,yet starting station was Amritsar but train was not clean,toilet were blocked & so dirty,after complain to TTI Cleaning staff come & sealed to both toilets of s5 coach,charging points not proper working,in s6 coach near berth 67 no switch board to off the fans,early morning there were so fog & cold but no one come till 10-11am my journey has completed 2 hours late from scheduled time.continue i was complaining by sms & Twitter but no action taken,only sms received to give the details...
