I have paid Rs.3080 for 3x returned as per you, Due to non avalablity of waiting seat, you cancelled and returned me only Rs.1875 and not even paid me my Rs.3080. apart from 3x return as per you. Need to know the explanation from you. Pls. resolve as as possible.

Old coach used for AC 2 tier and not well maintained. The lower berth could not be folded for seating.

This is one of the worst experience ,I have ever had in my life . The train ticket was cancelled and charges taken and confirmtkt app is advertising that if waitlist ticket cancel we will refund you 3x of the ticket amount . please refund my amount to the payment source. thank you 🙏

no value of sleeper class reservation. all general passengers get accommodate in sleeper class
