Train,punctuality,food quality are very good,only system related my WL tkt booked amount Rs 1366 did not get confirm and I was fined INR 1600,Fine tkt no D-224660 I m extremely sorry to tell that even after booking a ticket i did n't get seat ,my refund amount gets deducted ,tte should have charged only the fare from rnc to kyq.Sir can i know why I was fined ?

Pros:1.Train is good running on time.
2.Mostly punctual
3.Food availability.
cons: 1. Ambience issue ,washroom issue.
2.Delayed at some places.
3. cost of foods should be affordable for all.
Personally water supply and ambience of washroom is the issue.

toilets are stinking like anything.. public toilets are now a days 100 times better than this and it's a state of 2AC can't even imagine about other class... worst..... wake up indian railway

There was no TTE available in the compartment. The toilet was not clean and had water scarcity. Passengers were in excess. An insufficient place for keeping the luggage.

Unnecessary delayed the train 45 minutes after announcement and suddenly changed the platform for which the passengers suffered much difficulties. it is beyond the understanding that this train has not been departed on schedule time and the train whose departed time was after this train has been placed before this train and delayed due to this.
