in our train the AC is on highest mode for long. which is making our journey difficult with kids and aged people to tolerate the extreme cold wind.. Even after complaining there is not person to take care of that

today i seen worst condition of railway AC 3 coach condition like general coach and with its double capacity of passengers. coach attended selling food and issuing used rolls to people.

Sir train is very law quality service and 7 to 8 hours late its not good for our journey because so many convective bus aur train i have miss and cancel my ticket forward journey for trains late. and also no cleaning staff is not coming and no water is refilling and no one rail staff can care about this service. This train is so late its not good for Digital INDIA.
