Train attendent was not cleaning the coach properly. He always told that company isn't paying well so we would not clean properly. pathetic food taste

Sir, I have made a reservation for my ticket in train 15634 by which I am travelling today on 06 April 2024, whose PNR No. is 6133963032.
In this train, passengers have not been given towels in the bedding, nor has there been a provision for hand wash outside the toilet and the coach is also not being cleaned inside. I have reserved my ticket in two tier AC, is there such a provision in two tier AC coach.

the charging socket were not working in my entire coach, , I even called on the phone number provided but they didn't pick up my call, imagine my phone was dead on a long journey. poor service
