Extremely disappointing experience. The train was running very late, which caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted valuable time. The overall service was not up to the expected standard. Better time management, cleanliness, and passenger communication are needed. I hope this issue is taken seriously and improved in the future.

Hello sir/mam I am very serious talking about the all passengers please take care and washing, and bathroom doesn't cleaning walk road full, block but I am not interested very poor quality 😕 my ticket rate is only one person 5000+ your department is very unless staff doesn't working please action him🙏 urgently
