irctc service is worst in this train, no any cleanliness, toilets are dirty even it's a long root train but there is no pantry car is available.

I found no noticeable difference between the 2nd AC and 3rd AC coaches on this train. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the toilets was highly unsatisfactory, and the charging points were not functioning properly.And why railway staff are overcharging for water bottle the actual cost was 14 rupees but they are charging 20 rupees

Is aap main koi train ticket book mat karo yeh Froud app hai maine ticket cancel kiya tha lekin mera pura paisa refund nahi kiya or 2500 milne wala tha
