My experience. I have travelled both in AC as well as in sleeper coach of the train.
While AC coaches are okayish, sleeper coaches can't be even thought about recommending. Really pathetic bathroom, overcrowding population, people from general or waiting list will occupy your seat as if it's theirs, uncomfortable seats in sleepers, no one will flush in toilet and they can't be used.
AC coaches are okay only. bathroom are good initially, but again, people from sleeper coach will come and fill the toilet with shit in the morning.
staff behaviour good, blankets and pillows provided are good. But the train is late by approx an hour on both the occasions..
