on 11th July 2026 i boarded from slptr to Guwahati on Lachit Express SL 28 .There was no water supply on toilet ,basin etc.I got upset for this service .For the same night I must appreciate Railway police for their sincerity in duty.They came two times in the midnight & suggested me to avoid phone on charging to avoid stolen..
on returning,Since last night (night of 12th July 2026) there was no water shortage problem .Thanks authority for solving the issue as earliest.
i didn't had food experienced.so rating is one on this(coz couldn't skp without rating for submitting).

I have travelled many times in AC coaches as wwll as sleeper. But the cleaniless is below zero even in AC coaches also. Today also it was too dirty in B1

Food quality and management stuff is below third class, worst experience ever 🤬 food serving stuff of kamakhya junction is just worst than shit.

Washroom is very poor in quality compare to second class.
Train coach need to be replaced with new coach to meet the expectations of traveling with Indian railways.

It is very difficult to tract the train ingoing status, as it's night and dark out there, it is almost not possible to see what station have been crossed. Also, during night travel people use to sleeo and it is possible to miss a station.
A digital display will surely help people to figure out the info. Also, an automated alarm should ring before reaching the destination.

First time rates were seen in the AC coach .
