the train was cancelled suddenly,so we booked another train ticket for 15616 as it was urgent for us,but that was also cancelled( first it showed that the tickets are available but right after purchasing it they said the the train is cancelled,so we had to stay two extra days in silchar.

TT didn't provide seat when available.... we two share single seat in whole journey. Though we have paid for two seat. IRTC ticket and seat allocation policy is useless

toilet need to b more cleaned , the quality of sleeping material to b more cleaned, that was found inodorous,so plz take an urgent work on it

Maintenance of coaches and Food Quality need to be vigorously improved, appropriate authorities should look into it and go for immediate corrective measures.

The ticket remain in wait list. Unable to make travel. Refund amount is yet to receive. very bad experience on wait list ticket without any benefit. Only wastage of money.

Sleeper class is packed with general passengers without reservations, occupying floor causing inconvenience as well as securitt concern. Without involvement of rly staff, it is not possible.

Rate is highly in pantry. Tea and coffee quality is very poor. Arrange sugar free tea and coffee also.

Late running from source, dirty pillow cover/bedsheets, dirty water in toilet. Overall a bad experience.
