Train Maintenance is very poor, electrical equipment not working properly particularly ceiling mounted night lamps, toilets condition miserable.

unexpected experience:
no water since 7.30pm. toilet was so darty. flash was not working.
curtains were full of dust.
shouting of hawkers exists still 10pm.
AC retireing rooms was locked till the train left silchar.
supply of water in train comes after my shouting with one of the incharge, sitting in platform office ( near lift) .

toilet condition very very bad. even above bad condition noticed to coach TTE when train started from Guwahati railway station, but no action taken by him.
