I was so Angry because of not Get seats number and Coach number. not get any even message from IRCTC . please fix this . and next send me a message both and Email also!
how I got the seat and Coach it was . Before Train departure and i get The Ticket from Titi it was which is i paid 1000 for 3rd AC. But im still Doubt that once time showed titi PNR Number of titi and after titi told me Ur already ticket confirmed And return mine money immediately! but things is that Not get any message and Email?!?

one of the Worst service ever my train journey. very bad service provided by railway. train was delayed more than 2.30 hours

train got cancelled because of a goods train derailed, and out train authority could no repair the minor damage in 48 hours. very disappointing.

Train Maintenance is very poor, electrical equipment not working properly particularly ceiling mounted night lamps, toilets condition miserable.

unexpected experience:
no water since 7.30pm. toilet was so darty. flash was not working.
curtains were full of dust.
shouting of hawkers exists still 10pm.
AC retireing rooms was locked till the train left silchar.
supply of water in train comes after my shouting with one of the incharge, sitting in platform office ( near lift) .

toilet condition very very bad. even above bad condition noticed to coach TTE when train started from Guwahati railway station, but no action taken by him.
