My journey in 2nd AC with vaishali exp of Indian Railways was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The curtains were in the worst condition and very unhygienic. Cockroaches were roaming over the seats, which is a serious health and safety concern. The seats were broken and poorly maintained. The toilets were extremely dirty and unusable. Such poor maintenance in 2nd AC is shocking and immediate action is required
