I had a very bad experience because I had booked a ticket from Ghaziabad to Muzaffarpur in sleeper, but the sleeper classes were converted into general bogies. Please do not apply for ticket in this train

The coach condition was not satisfactory during my journey. The RAC seat/berth was very small and uncomfortable. The train needs proper renovation and touch-up as the overall maintenance was poor.
Many basic facilities were missing. There was no soap or toilet paper available in the washroom. Essential items like tissue paper, towels, pillows, and bedsheets were not provided. The charging socket was also not working, which caused major inconvenience during the journey.
Overall, many necessary things were either missing or not usable, making the journey uncomfortable. Proper maintenance and improvement are highly required for passenger comfort.

My journey in 2nd AC with vaishali exp of Indian Railways was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The curtains were in the worst condition and very unhygienic. Cockroaches were roaming over the seats, which is a serious health and safety concern. The seats were broken and poorly maintained. The toilets were extremely dirty and unusable. Such poor maintenance in 2nd AC is shocking and immediate action is required
