mahananda express is one of the worst train. I was travelling through 1st AC but the toilets seems to be like General Class(2S) and the inside cabins were also dirty. In terms of punctuality it was running 2hrs late.

The food which you are providing for lunch and dinner is not good in taste at all. you should keep slow down the AC speed as there are few passengers who cannot resist the AC high temperature like Kids and elderly people.

The train service was very bad, rats were roaming in many coaches, even once in 15 hours of journey, the sweeper did not come to clean the coach, on complaining toilet was cleaned but it was done only with excuses, overall Travel in this train only if a mad dog bites.

sab kuchh sahi magar 6 hour late pahu chayi hai or raite time train ko kanpur me 2 hour roka gya or araa me bhi 1 hour roka gya kya yahi hai rail countoll ka samachhh me nahi aata hai.

Toilet is very dirty

Does anything happen by putting a photo, I don't have a photo, I have taken photos of many things many times, yet nothing happened
Ex-I complained with the photo of the returning room in Banaras, there was no hearing.

Once again a worst experience with Indian Railways .. Train Was almost late about 15 hrs before reaching my destination.. Cleaness and hygienic food Was at its worst form... I know after give suggestions also no action or corrective measures will be taken in this regard so from next time please don't waste my time asking rating or suggestions..

Average to better but punctuality is above all that is not maintained always which is a big concern about rating any train but it would be better in future...

Hi ,
I have booked tickets for my family from GHAZIABAD to ALIPUR DUAR JN.
Train: 15484 (MAHANANDA EXP)
This train running 12 hours late. Because of this late we are very irritated and our plans got re-scheduled.
we have our baby who is 4 years old travelling in same train. we are deeply upset with the service Indian railway given to us.

tc is most courrupt
sleeper class became general .....
none of the rpf seen..... in whole journey....
tc taken illegally money and free everyone to do atikarman on passenger seats who have already tickets i faced to much problems??????

the worst the dirtiest train. very sadly say after journey on this train. its not ecactly not the time to lunch bullet train. we can not even maintain the running train. and not a single star tis train deserve.

Too much crowded.unnecessary harassment by unreserved passengers even toilets are blocked by huge cartoons.would be better if those are looked upon and illegal activities are checked.
