very bad experience..train changed the route at the last minute..how it is possible...Our trip was cancelled..irctc should return the entire ticket fare..railway services are degraded day by day...

Door of AC 2 was damaged... cockroaches were also enjoying the journey in considerable number ...door of one washroom was also not working properly...poor maintenance and poor upkeep...!
