Very Poor Service
The train was extremely delayed, and the overall passenger experience was very disappointing. Basic facilities were not satisfactory, and there was no proper arrangement or clear information regarding the delay. Such long delays cause serious inconvenience to passengers.
Railways should improve punctuality, cleanliness, basic facilities and passenger communication. Please take appropriate action to improve the service.
