worst experience, train was delayed for quite longer period but no information given through app.ulimately we had canceled tickets & returned to home. this is what happens wt passengers, how to rate you just think .

Lucknow pahunchne ke liye usko ja 5 kilometer rah raha hai to 2 ghanta lag raha hai aur station ke pahle Aakar Gorakhpur mein 2 ghante se khadi Hui hai Sabse third class India ki gadi hai

bahut bekar aap h aaj ka bad kabhi bhi es aap se ticket mat book kriyega koi bhi automatically tickets cancelation hota to ye aap main uske bhi 300 rp. kat lete h bekar h ye app koi bi use mat karna ye aap

The train was pathetic... I was planned to travel by two train but this train left my second reserved train... it was late by 2.30 HRS.... Really pathetic.... Sorry but I don't recommend this train to anyone.

train late with no update online. no water in coaches. no toilet cleaning no pantry car. don't travel with this and also 15017 no cleaning. shame on railways just raising ticket price and no service at all. atleast we deserve clean toilet and water in train. few years back toilets were cleaned at big stations in between but now it is not done

train is kept very dirty, bedding of people from previous journey is also not removed,though we got in start point of train,people also have no civic sense,they eat n throw inside train, gutkha is sold openly in train, people chew gutkha n spit in sink ..make it clogged

Its speed is maintained and is good. But in cleanliness it's at bottom level. Require cleanliness. Apart from these IRCTC food vendors are not of that quality. They require cleanliness and maintain dress code.

I missed my Train due to Your Provide sms where train schedule is wrong now who is going to responsible for this.i try to call the customer care also but they are also not responded.you people provide on of worst services

cannot give even one star for this train 15066, no responsibility, no punctuality for the passengers waiting at the stations, the train was late for 3 hrs during arrival and still its late by 8 hrs to reach the destination, it was expected by the indian railays.

Worst ever rail travel we had. We've even tweeted to Sh.Piyush Goyal that we might give up travelling by Indian Railways henceforth. All our requests to clean the 2nd AC coach cleaned had failed. Toilets were so filthy & stinky that the whole coach kept smelling making us sick.

need to work on quality as well as information on arrival on which platform instead of last moment on kalyan station....no kitchen in train so food quality is just fillas unable to go ahead

A Very bad experience first of all the train very late and when we sat there was a dirty was coming in the train when we report this problem to T.T he was very rude not listening problem there was no cleanliness at all ....
