Train arrived almost 7 hours late at Lucknow, the condition of Toilets was very Bad, Dirty & Dustbins were broken, the linen was Dirty & untidy. The liquid soap in Toilets was more diluted than water.
At Patliputra Railway Station & also in the Train not a Single Bottle of Rail Neer Or any other good brand was available, local & unhygienic brand water bottles were available.
