The washroom was Not clean at all. I had to call 7 times on the number given in the coach. Water was not available after every single hour. I had to call them for everything. Care takers should check after every hour

The train just kept on getting late and late,
due to which my dinner got cancelled by the restaurant last night. Just been about 25 hours since the start of the journey in which it's already 4 hrs late.

i had Applied for my refund through your app. My reservation was not confirmed as on 11.3.2023 for pun -GKP train so i cancelled my Reservation but still didn't got the refund payment was made through GPay app. kindly do the needful ASAP. Thanks

as per the crowd of people travelling with out ticket and getting extra charge to them. India railway is not in loss. improvement required sanitation. toilet clearance has to be done in timely manner. less water back up on train
should use comode for elderly people. catering service is not provided in this train through railways which has to be done. train speed should increase its very huge and lengthy hours to reach gorakhpur from Pune. a lot of progress is required. we are in 22 century railways still in very long back .

departed was late from source. and big mistake from railway department. train was mentioned on 4 no. platform but came on 3 no. thank God we saved from big accident.
