Where is my refund? I am very disappointed with your service.
You claimed that writing an email would help in getting a confirmed ticket, but my ticket is still not confirmed. Despite following your instructions, I have not received a confirmed ticket or any clear update regarding my refund.
Kindly provide an immediate update on the refund status and explain the reason for the delay. I request a prompt resolution of this issue.

too much unreserved passengers were present in reserved sleeper coach..totally uncomfortable and threatful. travelling with my wife...total unsafe. complained several times to police . helpline no was non functional...really disaster

Toilets were not clean i mean flush was not able to operate quiet well , Recommendation - U should install some help line no. everywhere for general sense of people and also to create some civic sense among people

sleeper coach में रिजर्वेशन का कोई फायदा ही नहीं। पब्लिक बिना रिजर्वेशन के कोच में आ जाती है और जिसका रिजर्वेशन हो उसको बैठने में दिक्कत करती है। TT भी पब्लिक को बैठने से नहीं रोकता है।

I'm very sorry to say, that I booked my ticket from Ghaziabad to Kathgodam on dated 4Jan 202 in First class AC. Train was late by 30min, when train arrived at Ghaziabad platform.Noone was there to open the door which was locked from inside. Nor TT neither any attendent was there, anyhow somehow manage to get in , but experience was very bad .

ट्रेन के कोच की क्वालिटी बहुत ही घटिया है मेरी सीट पर मोबाइल चार्ज करने के लिए कोई charge port नहीं है। सीटें खराब और परदे गंदे और फटे पुराने है। इस कोच को रिटायर कर देना चाहिए। ट्रेन सही समय पर चल रही हैं।

Train 15013 was delayed by more than 3 hours in chilling cold midnight, as train 15014 was running late. Please run 2 trains instead of 1 train.
Staff serving eatables and beverages were not even bothered to come in the coach AB1 during my entire leg of journey

Bio toilets are just Pathetic...shit is clearly visible floating on top don't know who the bloody hell has designed it...most of the foreigners coming to Jaisalmer usually travel by this train and I feel it's really shame for us as Indian

Followings are the comments regarding this journey:
1. Puncuality is poor.
2. TTE was not in his official dress.
3. Coach attendant was sluggish and negligent in providing service.
4. The Coach AB1 was attached in the rear of the train even after guard's coach. All other AC coaches were attached at front side of the train near to Engine. It was really difficult to board the train in coach AB-1 as all AC coaches are supposed to be linked together.
Really a Bad experience with this kind of journey.
