yr sharm aane ki baat h mene 2 mont pehle sl seet book ki thi or 2 month me 13 wt hi km huyi kitni sham ki baat h..in relway department walon ki mene mere bade bujurg ki liye seet rijarv ki thi sirf 3 seet cliar nyi huyi vrna jawan uwa k liye kaha jarurat padti.jarny wale din mere maa baapu farsh pr bethkar sokar raat nikali..
fir mera seet rijarv krne ka kya fayda hua.pese bhi diye or itna dukhi hona pda..upr se tatkal k liye puri raat jaag k rijarvesan countar pe slip pr n.lagwaya badi muskil se 2nd n. mila or subhah pta chla sirf 1n. wale ka hi n aaya..
sirf 2mint me tren book esa to nyi ho skta..
seeten bik jati h kya dalalon k paas..
kam se km 10 mint to pure milne chahiye na taki jaruratmndon ke liye 3,4 n. walon k liye n. aa jata..
unka raat me jaga hua wasool ho jata..
kuch to srm kro relway department walo..q kisi dukh dete ho bich itni mehnat k baad bhi khusi nyi milti..
ek tren chalu krwa do warna bahut sare garibon ki haal lagegi aapko...

ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਟਿਕਟ ਬੁੱਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਟਿਕਟ ਬੁੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਾਂ 3x ਰਿਫੰਡ ਹੌਣਗੇ। ਪਰ ਨਾ ਟਿਕਟ ਬੁੱਕ ਹੋਈ 3x ਰਿਫੰਡ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੀ, ਜਿੰਨੇ ਦੀ ਟਿੱਕਟ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਸੀ ਓਹ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਵਪਿਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੇ।।।। not belive more than Indian railway.

साफ,सफाई की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी,कोई सफाई कर्मचारी नहीं आया व कचरे के भरे डस्टबिन के कारण बदबू आ रही थी।

इस ट्रैन में बाड़मेर से हरिद्वार तक परिवार में किसी मृत्यु सदस्य के फुल लेकर जाते है l ऐसे लोग दुःख से पहले ही दुखी होते है l ट्रैन में कोच की संख्या बहुत कम है l अतः ट्रैन में कोच बढ़ाएं जाए l या ट्रैन एक ओर लगाई जाए l

The English seat didn't have cover, v difficult to use. Cleanliness v much improved. Your train live status is not up to the mark, which requires improvement. Is is suggested that you should show on geographical map the live status of trains, which becomes more lively and interesting just like Google maps which shows you everything on road, instead of as you are showing as a straight line. Since it is connected with GPS it should show the aim moving.

Train was very poor condition. safaiwala not yet properly cleaning the toilets and also water was not available in toilet for using.

Reservations system train are open why but ac train coach is close door a system Crete which sleeper coach is close door no other person is coming in sleeper classes train
