2A was just like a sleeper class coach with waiting list and rac passengers with whole family. such a horrible experience in irctc

No cleaning in the bathroom &basin.
Passengers allowed to travel as in the sleeper class & general coaches, meaning less to travel in this AC train.Railway aware of the rush in the season &summer but people travelled with heavy luggage on single reserved ticket also& having 3/4 children also though they don't have reserved birth.
They slept on the floor and aged passengers facing problem to go for bathroom also.
So horrible,plz look into the matter and provide the realiable coaches or i mean facilitate with extra coaches.
Passengers are ready to pay inthe season and provide real food by cost they charging.

Blankets are not washed since many years. In bedsheets pocket one is washed and another is not washed. Only iron is done. 2/3 tea coffee is served by the caters

it has to convert into lhb rake and it has to minimize their fare. after that demabd will be increased of this train
