cleanliness is very poor, especially, toilets. It was running late, AC was not effective.

toilet at platform no 1, Haridwar were in pathetic condition. Though the attendant charged Rs10/ as maintenance but there was shit and water all over the floor. Many of the toilet compartment was locked and there was no water. Ultimately I could not use it.
Government is spending lot of money on infrastructure and aim to maintain cleanliness.
Not only the attendant but also the supervisory staff need penalize action.
Hope I will get information about the action against the responsible persons.

No proper marking of seats and also people boarding and sitting forcefully on reserved seats. No use of reservations

On 17 my train was stop due to one strike railways have no responsibility to arrange taxi or anything. All passengers struggled a lot very bad experience
