Very bad experience. There was no TC to check tickets and a no. of people were travelling without ticket. Even there was no coach no written outside train. I booked by ticket but was not able to find seat and had to traval by standing.

Respected sir in Western toilet there was no jet facility means for wash the toilet.there was tap for that purpose but those people can't bend because of knees problem how they was the toilet. so please provide that facility.

did not try food but service was prompt and staff was very cordial. full marks to Impressions team on responsiveness and catering to customers. preparation by them could have been better though

reserved coach was overpacked by unreserved passengers. and no TT comes to check it.TT checks only A C coaches. non a c passengers were in great trouble due to t t'negligence
