my first and the last ever by this train. was supposed to begin Howrah by now ..hasnt reached koderma even. running late by 10hours

No pentry,worst toilets, the compartment lacks food table,nobags for water bottle,inspite of closed windows cold winter air is coming inside.. the train is weekly one still lacks facilities. I have doubt that it reaches BBS on time.
