punctuality is just shit
it was running 6 hours late
I was having my flight at 6:40 from jammu, I lost my flight and I didn't board your train and when I tried to cancel the ticket , they told me the chart is ready , I cannot get any refund, but it was not my mistake
I not only lost my plane but also spent money on a bus ticket
who is responsible for the loss and the mental torture
