we have filled TDR they have rejected this is not the way
because train really late by more than 3 hours
even though we have travelled by another train by taking tickets
and worst maintenance at New Delhi Station
in which platform the train departed we have to know
please railway ministry people look into it
it's very bad situation
we really stand in the sky walk
there is no proper information
many times We changed the platform
please my humble request
consider the request positively
PM can't do everything
and every wr

train quality is worst. not cleaned. washroom so smelly. TTE not came to check tickets. SO MANY BEGGARS came in train in every 10 min and making noise. No security. Peoples smoking in trains. People sitting and standing everywhere. PLS LOOK INTO THESE IMMEDIATELY AND IMPROVE for betterment.

ट्रेन मे गंदगी बहुत ज्यादा थी सफाई नहीं थी इसलिए ट्रेन क्वाल्टी बेकार । ट्रेन मे ना तो पीने का पानी मिला न चाय मिली पैसेंजर पानी से प्यासे रहे कृप्या इस और ध्यान दीजिए।

train was very late no update was provided after 5:15 as when will train reach the platform we missed marriage function due to indefinable delay of train so upset with the service of irctc

seats were ok but their functions were worst. Handles, leavers, pushbacks were not working in good condition

All are good，main issue was there is no TT in the train, due to this we are not sit on Booked seat, this Journey we do standing with my family, that guys not Hanover the seats to us. That why journey is not good.

Non reserved people should not allowed in reserved couches. Me and my family faced big problem to get our reserved seats.

I had the worst experience ever. Train was 3 hours late and it was dirty and toilets were overflowing. It was a disgusting experience, never board this train.
