This is the worste experience of my life.... I'm frequently traveling in Indian Railways but this time no difference between AC & General...... My concerns only related the security of the passengers when railway officials surrendered against the crowd.... I think we peoples are become foolish to book our tickets two month prior in AC classes......

bahut hi bekar application hai ye mera pura time par ticket cancel kiya hai or mere pass ghar jane ke liye paise bhi nhi thi or mera ghar 600 km hai kisi ne koyi help bhi nhi don't trust this application

side lower and side upper charger point not available, and train name plates not available ,this train name is saryu yamuna express and present name is other, due to this resion train can be missing, so please rectify it as soon as possible.

The name saryu - Yam Express . But never felt like Express. It is more slower than a passenger train . pls Speed up the Train. The food quality is not good. It should be better. There is no taste of any thing

very worst train... I reached my home after more than of 5 hours delay. Side upper Birth is so conjusted, not suitable for adult very pathetic.

It was running late by three hours, there was no arrangement for cleaning in the M6 ​​compartment... the cleaning staff was not even seen... for feedback... the staff arrived with a feedback diary around 10 am in the morning. Just took the feedback and left… Overall the cleaning system and water washroom system was not good.

Why was 14649 taken 7 hours as it was running right and 1 hour in Chhapra has been fulfilled. This is the reason that you will drive the railways of India, which is going to get rid of the ride.

i never seen such a poor quality train,no housekeeping,no food and specially nothing like punctuality.
never booked ticket in it.
