train was 9 hours late insted of reaching 8:25 at pathankot, i reached over there 17:05 in evening. More over the train was diverted to unknown routes. overall very bad experience of my life.

In this train cleaning is very bad condition water is not available in washroom & charging panel is not working included light switch.
