AC was not maintained throughout the journey railway need to work on passengers comfortability. we got sick net dsy due to access cold.

Train was late by 2 hrs from Jammu itself...
Cleanliness is zero... all sanitary are smelly.... Water outlets are dirty..
don't know what's the future of Indian railway..
