very pathetic condition of train.
no cleanliness either in toilet or in berth.

AC was not maintained throughout the journey railway need to work on passengers comfortability. we got sick net dsy due to access cold.

Train was late by 2 hrs from Jammu itself...
Cleanliness is zero... all sanitary are smelly.... Water outlets are dirty..
don't know what's the future of Indian railway..
